How does billing work?
Checkout and card storage are handled by Polar (our Merchant of Record) — card data never touches Kliper. Prices are in USD; VAT or sales tax may apply at checkout depending on your billing country. Yearly billing saves ~17%.
Is my data used to train shared models?
Never. Cortex retrieves only within your tenant — your past ROCs, evidence, and frameworks. Nothing is used to train shared models or improve any other customer's results.
What does the free trial include?
A 14-day trial of a paid plan — Cortex drafting, evidence auto-classification, client portal, and ROC export. No credit card required. Or start on the Free plan, free forever.
Which frameworks do you support?
PCI DSS v4.0.1 today, with import of your existing v4.0 assessments. ISO 27001, SOC 2, and DORA are on the roadmap and available on request.
Can I move my past ROCs in?
Yes — we import your historical ROCs so Cortex is grounded in your firm's own language and prior conclusions.
